There, in one of the apartments at 30 A on Oktyabrskaya Street, the floor collapsed in the bathroom. Four people were injured. And the toilet bowl, washing machine and even a bath flew into the basement. It is noteworthy that the house is relatively new, and even built under the resettlement program from the emergency fund.
The accident happened at about half past six in the morning. There were three people in the bathroom, then a neighbor approached them. A moment - and everyone fell into the basement. Fortunately, only one girl needed medical help, the rest escaped with bruises and stress.
- My mother is a disabled person of the first group. What if the floor had collapsed with her? The local administration told us that we drilled the floors ourselves. And then they added that more than two people cannot enter the bathroom, - Valentina Matlas, the daughter of a woman living in this apartment, is indignant. Fortunately, at the time of the accident, the elderly mother was not in the bathroom.
Specialists from the administration of Yemva visited the site. They stated that traces of water leakage were recorded in the place where the floors collapsed. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so the residents themselves did not know about the leak. All this led to the rotting of the load-bearing structural insulating panels. When the destruction reached a critical state, the structures could not withstand the load and collapsed. Officials add that when examining neighboring SIP panels, no signs of leakage and obvious rotting of the floor were found.
However, residents of the house have a different opinion. By the way, it was built just over ten years ago, it has 28 apartments. Problems exist for residents not only on the first floor, but also on the second. Tatyana Ugliai, for example, had a dent in the floor at the entrance to the kitchen. The tiles of the neighbors bounce off, the floor crumbles. Traces of imperfections are also visible in the entrance. And the very cut of the structural insulating panels, between which something like foam is laid, is clearly visible in the collapsed bathroom on the first floor.
But there is no one to turn to. The fact is that the house at Oktyabrskaya Street, 30 A, does not have a management company. The latter refused to serve him a year ago. So the tenants are on their own.
Since the affected apartment is municipal property, it will be repaired at the expense of the city budget. Officials add: the family was offered housing in a mobile fund, but they refused.
- What were we supposed to do? Move the mother of a wheelchair user to the proposed room on the second floor, where there is no water and a bathroom? How can she move there? - Valentina Matlas is surprised.
Vasily Shakhov, the head of the administration of the urban settlement of Yemva, confirms that the state of the maneuverable fund leaves much to be desired:
- There is no good housing in the area. And it's not expected in the near future. We will repair.
