A mother 12-year-old daughter lived in a garage without running water or heating for several months. In addition, from March to May 2021, the woman systematically beat the girl, humiliated her, and drove her out into the street.

The woman is accused of committing crimes under articles 117 (part 2, paragraph “d”) and 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “Torture” and “Improper performance of duties for the upbringing of a minor by a parent, if this act is connected with cruel treatment of a minor.” The investigation has enough evidence, the case has been sent to court.

Earlier in Vladivostok, two men tried to kidnap a six-year-old boy while he was skating in his yard.
