The head physician of the Moscow City Polyclinic No. 68, Natalya Kuzenkova, told how to recover faster after a coronavirus infection. It is reported by TASS.

“Any viral infection weakens the body, and therefore, for the first time after an illness, you don’t need to load the body heavily, but, on the contrary, you need to help it with proper nutrition, a regimen of physical activity and rest, and enough sleep,” the specialist said.

Physical exercises should be done five days a week for 20-30 minutes. Their duration should be increased gradually so as not to subject the body to overload.

It is also important to follow the rules of personal hygiene in order to prevent re-infection, ventilate the premises more often and carry out wet cleaning with disinfectants.

Meals should include unprocessed or whole grains, legumes, vegetable oils, and nuts.
