The press secretary of the chairman of the Council of Ministers of the republic, Yevgeny Peresvetov, told the Rise newspaper that the regional authorities would not deal with the performance in an oriental spirit that allegedly took place in the administration building of the Nizhegorodsky settlement.

“We don't need it. Maybe it was strange, but we are not interested in this information yet, ”Peresvetov said.

Some social media users claim that the dance was performed by a man. On what occasion the presentation took place is not specified. At the same time, the Talipov online Telegram channel writes that a woman performs the dance in the video, and the incident itself occurred in 2021 on February 23.

Earlier in Khabarovsk, a teacher's belly dance on the line was the reason for the dismissal of the school principal. Additional education teacher Yulia Marchenko, who performed the dance, posted an apology video. She called her image "too stage" and added that it did not fit into the format of the event.

The point of the number, she said, was that people should "never lose their groove," and revealed at the end that social media users didn't see.
