The examination established that the convict is mentally healthy, and his common-law spouse suffers from alcohol addiction and a mental disorder associated with this. It is established that she tortured the cat in order to upset his mistress.
At the same time, the woman did not repent of her actions. Her cohabitant apologized to his mother and paid her five thousand rubles in compensation for non-pecuniary damage.
