The Moscow police are checking on the fact of the substitution of license plates on the car of a top manager of the RusHydro company. This was reported to TASS by a source in law enforcement agencies.
Traffic police officers stopped Rolls-Royce Phantom in the center of Moscow. During the check, it turned out that the car belongs to the top manager of PJSC RusHydro Vyacheslav Pivovarov. Traffic inspectors found that the elite British car was equipped with registration numbers from the domestic VAZ-2115, which is also registered with it.
Pivovarov explained to the traffic police that he had never owned a VAZ-2115. He assures that last year he designed a “beautiful” number for his Rolls-Royce through acquaintances. The police launched an investigation.
