In the new process, two cases are being heard against Navalny - on particularly large-scale fraud and contempt of court. Last year, at the libel trial against a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, which took place in the Babushkinsky court, Navalny repeatedly insulted the judge, prosecutor and participants in the process. This case, by decision of the investigation, was combined with the main charge of fraud, which concerns the theft of funds from the Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK is a foreign agent organization recognized as extremist, banned in the Russian Federation and liquidated by a court decision). According to the investigation, Navalny stole and spent for personal needs more than 350 million rubles, which were donated to the organization.

Now Navalny, whom Rosfinmonitoring has included in the registerrorists and extremists, is serving a term in a general regime colony in the Vladimir region. On February 2 last year, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow, on the proposal of the Federal Penitentiary Service, canceled Navalny's suspended sentence in the Yves Rocher case and replaced it with a real one - three and a half years in a colony.
