This is reported by the prosecutor's office of the Kirov region. Recall that the boy was driving home on the evening of January 13 from training and fell asleep without noticing his stop. He woke up already at the moment when the bus was heading to the car park. The child was dropped off on Sormovskaya Street, near the industrial zone.

The conductor of bus No. 61, as specified in the prosecutor's office, did not inspect the interior of the bus after the final stop, as required by the job description. Together with the driver, they did not take measures to inform the minor passenger about the stops.

Also, violations of license requirements were revealed at the motor transport enterprise in terms of the duration of the driver's shift (more than 12 hours). Prosecutor's presentations were made to the leaders. The audit materials were sent to the interregional department of Gosavtodornadzor to resolve the issue of bringing the persons who committed the violations to administrative responsibility.
