- It was established that in 2018-2019 the accused received more than 100 thousand rubles from four prisoners for the illegal use of telephones and relaxation of the detention regime, - said Alexander Skorik, a representative of the regional Investigative Committee.
In addition, for the opportunity to freely move around the territory of the colony, the prisoners collected more than a quarter of a million rubles for the defendant. The accused spent them on providing the institution with inventory items.
The court sentenced the officer to four and a half years of probation with a fine of 400 thousand rubles and a subsequent ban on holding positions in the public service for another two years and eight months.
The head of IK-15 was detained in 2019 and charged with various liberties that prisoners could get for bribes - for example, order a restaurant menu and alcohol. The crimes were revealed by the employees of the regional department of the FSB, who carried out operational support of the criminal case.
