A court in St. Petersburg for the first time excluded NGOs with foreign funding from the register of foreign agents

A court in St. Petersburg for the first time canceled the decision of the Ministry of Justice to include the Humanitarian Action Charitable Foundation in the register of foreign agents. This is reported by the Telegram channel of the fund.

Humanitarian Action has been operating in the city since 2001. The Foundation provides support to people who use drugs, as well as to patients with HIV, in particular, it helps to receive medicines for hepatitis and tuberculosis, restores documents and provides psychological assistance.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Russia added Alexandra Ainbinder (Ageyeva), the founder of the Internet publication Sota Vision, to the register of foreign media acting as a foreign agent, follows from the data on the website of the department.

Alexandra Ainbinder became the 116th in the list of media-foreign agents.

On November 26, the Russian Ministry of Justice included Oleg Elanchik, editor-in-chief of Sota Vision, in the register of foreign agents.
