The head of the organization also stressed that at the moment there are no necessary investments in preparatory measures. In his opinion, in such a situation, one cannot be prepared for a new pandemic.

Earlier it became known that the scientific advisory group on emerging dangerous pathogens (SAGO) of the World Health Organization (WHO), which studies the origin of the coronavirus, will announce the results of its work in the coming weeks.
