The air temperature in the Northern capital will be from 0 to +2 degrees, in the Leningrad region - from -2 to +3 degrees. Atmospheric pressure will drop to 739 mm Hg. Art. - this is significantly below the norm.
On the night of February 22, it will also be windy, with precipitation, sometimes heavy. On Tuesday, sleet is forecast at times, the thermometer will stay at marks slightly above 0 degrees.
