This can be done through the portal of public services in the presence of an immune response, identified by the results of laboratory tests conducted in the Russian Federation.

To issue a certificate, foreigners must pass an antibody test at an organization that conducts such studies and is connected to the system of the Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor. You will also need to provide your full name, gender, date of birth, number of an identity document or birth certificate, and email address if available.

The certificate will be automatically created on the "Gosuslugi" in Russian and English with the possibility of downloading it in PDF format, or sending it to e-mail.
