In Crimea, a terrorist attack was prevented in the temple, which was being prepared by supporters of the Ukrainian Right Sector

In Crimea, a terrorist attack was prevented in an Orthodox church, which was prepared by supporters of the extremist organization Right Sector (the organization is banned in Russia). It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Center for Public Relations (CSP) of the FSB.

“As a result of the measures taken, six Russian citizens who are supporters of the Ukrainian extremist organization Right Sector were detained,” the CSO said.

The Russians wanted to blow up home-made explosives in the temple "in order to intimidate the population."

It is noted that components for the manufacture of an explosive device were found in the garage of one of the detainees. Also, the FSB officers found instructions for making explosives and correspondence discussing the planned terrorist attack in the radicals' means of communication. At the place of residence of the Russians, the symbols of the "Right Sector" were seized.

Earlier, the FSB had identified more than a hundred supporters of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi group M.K.U. in Russia.
