According to the Investigative Committee of the ICR for the region, according to the investigation, on his initiative, the cost of renting office space, which was occupied by employees of the regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the city of Orel and Livny, was overestimated. The case was opened based on the operational activities of the regional FSB.

As a result, the rental price has doubled - from 240 to 480 thousand rubles. "The specified funds were illegally withdrawn from the budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Oryol region," the Investigative Committee of the TFR for the region noted.

They also reminded that last year, a fraud case had already been opened against the same person, as well as two of his subordinates.
