The UN announced 127 reports of civilian casualties in Ukraine

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said the organization had received reports of 25 deaths and 102 injuries in Ukraine as a result of "shelling and air strikes." It is reported by TASS.

According to OHCHR Spokesperson Ravina Shamdasani, the relevant information was received from the department's staff who are monitoring the situation. She noted that the casualty figures were "difficult to verify" and that the actual number of victims, according to UNHCR, "might be much higher".

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov was unable to provide information on the number of victims among civilians in Ukraine and advised to contact the military on this issue.
