Russia (bbabo.net), - The number of residents of the DPR and LPR evacuated to Russia has reached almost 118 thousand people.

"As of Saturday morning, more than 117,800 people crossed the Russian border, over 74,000 of whom have Ukrainian citizenship, and more than 43,000 have Russian citizenship," TASS reports with reference to emergency services.

Most of the evacuees are staying with relatives and friends. For the rest, temporary accommodation points have been created in 19 regions of the Russian Federation.

Over 18.3 thousand people are in 252 temporary accommodation centers, mostly women and children. From the Rostov region, residents of the DPR and LPR are delivered to other regions by specially formed trains.

The press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that almost 4.8 thousand residents of Donbass crossed the border with the Russian Federation in a day.

"Psychologists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia provided assistance in 4,543 cases, 1,711 calls were received on the hotline of the main departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation," the press service noted.
