In the village of Mazurovo, the attention of the district police officer for the Kemerovo municipal district was attracted by the car "VAZ-2106". The policeman called the traffic police officers to the scene, who found that the 20-year-old motorist did not have the right to drive. The young man explained that he had acquired the "six" quite recently, and had not yet had time to get a driver's license, but he plans to do this in the near future at his place of residence in Novosibirsk.
