The court ruled to arrest a migrant suspected of killing a teenager in the town of Ermolino, Kaluga Region. This is reported by the regional department of the RF IC.
“Today the court considered the petition of the investigator of the Investigative Committee to choose a measure of restraint for a 20-year-old citizen of a foreign state. After examining the materials collected by the investigation, the court made a decision to satisfy the investigator's petition and choose a measure of restraint for the suspect in the form of detention, ”the Investigative Committee said.
He is suspected of attempted murder. According to investigators, it was he who during the fight stabbed a 16-year-old teenager at a public transport stop in the center of the city of Ermolino. Currently, the investigation of the criminal case continues.
The incident took place on December 16. The victim's relatives said that the teenager and his friends witnessed how "these non-Russians" beat someone until they lost consciousness. “The guys came up to drag this guy and now ...”.
