Izhevsk investigators opened a criminal case after a 12-year-old teenager attacked a doctor with a knife, according to the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the region.
The case was opened against a 44-year-old resident of Izhevsk, he is suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 30, part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder).
On December 18, the man and his son went to the infectious diseases department of the Izhevsk City Hospital No. 3 with complaints of a fever in a teenager. They were received by the head of the department. During the appointment, the patient arranged a skirmish with the doctor, he did not agree with the procedure for passing medical tests. Angry, the man ordered his son to stab the doctor with a knife, and he stabbed the doctor three times in the back and abdomen. The hospital staff came to the aid of a colleague. The doctor was hospitalized.
The investigator sent a petition to the court for the selection of a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of the suspect, and a forensic psychiatric examination will be carried out in relation to the teenager.
Earlier in Moscow there was an attack on a dentist. The injured doctor died.
