At the poultry farms of the Chelyabinsk region in the Argayashsky and Kunashaksky districts, an inspection was carried out today for compliance with Sharia conditions in the production of products under the Halal label. The representatives of the certification center (Committee for the Halal Standard under the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Bashkortostan), who conducted the audit, were primarily interested in the sanitization of the shop before slaughter: whether halal poultry is mixed with non-halal, how often the premises are cleaned and cutting lines work.

As the head of the Muslim organization in Ozersk, Chelyabinsk region, Gabdulla Shaimardanov, who is a regional representative of the certification center, told bbabo.net, after the audit a meeting was held with the participation of the director of the poultry farm, Oleg Shumkin. At the meeting, issues of further development of production in the face of rising feed prices were discussed, including the complete transfer of the production line to halal rails, which, according to representatives of the Halal Committee, will open new markets for the enterprise.

According to Gabdulla-Khazrat, the company is ready to keep prices at the same level for two months, despite the rise in feed prices - before, grain was purchased at 18 rubles per kilogram, today it is already at 24 rubles. Further, some increase in product prices may occur if the state does not take measures to reduce feed prices, the imam-khatib believes.

Representatives of the Halal Committee did not reveal violations of Sharia norms at the enterprise and came to the conclusion that the production line excludes the possibility of biological contamination of halal products. Also, after the meeting, they praised the Almighty Allah and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the country.

The audit was conducted by representatives of the Halal Standard Committee under DUMRB, headed by the head of the certification center Ayup Bibarsov.
