In Voronezh, an unknown man was riding a snow-scooter, which was tied to a car. The video recording of the incident is being checked by law enforcement agencies, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the head of the press service of the GUMVD for the region, Natalya Kulikova.

In the video, the author demonstrated the speed of his car - 90 km / h - and showed the neighboring car driving at the same speed. At the same time, a snow-scooter was tied to her, on which an unknown person was sitting.

Kulikova noted that the police are clarifying the circumstances of the incident and will take action.

Earlier in St. Petersburg, a policeman was hospitalized with a leg injury after an accident in which a police patrol car and a BMW car collided.

The cause of the accident could be a rowdy in a police car - being in a state of strong alcoholic intoxication, the detainee behaved inappropriately and created a safety risk on the road.
