Russia (bbabo.net) - The owners of industrial enterprises will be obliged to eliminate the consequences of negative impact on the environment. A government law on this topic was adopted by the State Duma.

At least five years before the end of the service life of an object, the enterprise must develop a plan of measures to eliminate pollution. It will be necessary to obtain a positive conclusion of the state ecological expertise.

The law, if finally adopted and signed, will come into force gradually. So, at first, hazardous production facilities and waste disposal facilities will be regulated.

The procedure for developing a plan for environmental protection measures and its approval will be established by the Cabinet.
