The board of directors of the corporation "Turizm.rf" approved the corporation's participation in the authorized capital of the first 53 investment projects. According to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, who oversees the work of the corporation, the implementation of these projects will increase the tourist flow by 10.5 million people.
“Today, the board of directors of the Turizm.rf Corporation approved the launch of the first 53 investment projects from next year, which I reported to the president last week. They will allow creating in 27 regions of the country in the near future affordable resorts for our citizens, an increase in 15 thousand jobs and an increase of 10.5 million people in the total tourist flow in all regions. The President instructed to accelerate, so we are all working towards this task, ”he said.
In total, it is planned to spend 36.5 billion rubles on the construction of these tourist facilities, and the total cost of the implementation of all projects is 387 billion rubles. It is noted that 17.9 billion rubles have already entered the corporation.
The corporation will support the projects in the form of a contribution to the authorized capital of specially created project companies. The corporation supports the investor right up to the commissioning of facilities, after which it can sell its share to the investor at market value, and reinvest the funds in the following projects.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister, a high-quality room stock will appear around Lake Baikal and in Altai, in the Krasnodar and Perm Territories, in Sheregesh, in Adygea and Kamchatka, in many other regions with which the Corporation has agreements.
“I would like to note that these 53 projects, selected from 400 applications, are complex - they are designed to provide job growth, GRP growth and, in general, a breakthrough in regional economies. In 2022-2023, at least 10 tourist territories with a total of 2,500 beds will be commissioned, and in total, as a result of the implementation of all projects, it is planned to create 21 thousand rooms. At the same time, for each state ruble, the Corporation attracted about 10 rubles of private investment. This is a very good multiplier, - noted Chernyshenko.
He also recalled that according to the national project "Tourism and the hospitality industry" by 2030 in Russia it is planned to double the number of tourist trips around the country - up to 140 million per year.
In turn, the general director of the corporation "Turizm.rf" Sergey Sukhanov emphasized that in 2022 and in subsequent years, in order to meet the indicators of the national project, the expansion of the investment program will continue.
In addition, as part of the orchestration of the national project, the corporation sent to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation a list of infrastructure facilities for the next 3 years. It is specified that next year 12 billion rubles are planned for the creation of roads and communications to the tourist facilities under construction.
