The cheapest apartment on the secondary market in Moscow is sold without a toilet for 2.5 million rubles. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to data from Avito.

The area of ​​the apartment is 10 m². It is a 15-minute walk from the Nizhegorodskaya MCC station on the first floor of a 12-storey building built in 1983.
