"The supervisory authority will assess the conditions that contributed to the emergency, compliance with the legislation on heat supply. Based on the results of the inspection, if there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken," the press service of the supervisory agency said.

Recall that a fire at CHPP-1 broke out in the early morning of December 23, after a short circuit of cable lines. The area of ​​the fire was 60 square meters, there were no casualties. The fire led to the shutdown of four boilers and two turbine generators.

A republican emergency regime has been introduced in Ulan-Ude. Refurbishment work at CHPP-1 continues.
