Sergei Volzhin, co-owner of a chain of pyrotechnics stores, said that when buying a box with fireworks, you need to make sure its integrity, in the absence of mechanical damage and possible stains, since if stored or transported incorrectly, the boxes can become saturated with moisture. He noted that in this case, water streaks will be visible on the box.

The expert warned that when starting the fireworks, the box should be placed on a hard, flat surface. “If it’s a snowdrift, you need to tamp it with your feet until it is solid ... If you buy a small box, you need to fix it in some way. As a rule, they either lay a couple of bricks around the edges, or put them on a small sheet of plywood and fix it on self-tapping screws along the edges of the box, ”explained Volzhin.

General Director of Russian Fireworks LLC Anatoly Vorobyov warned that you can buy pyrotechnics only in specialized stores, retail chains or online stores.

According to him, any pyrotechnic products, including sparklers, should be launched on the street.

Earlier it was reported that the deputy Oleg Lebedev (KPRF) submitted to the State Duma a bill banning the restriction of the use of pyrotechnics.
