A resident of Primorye found guilty of posting a photo of a Nazi on the website of the Immortal Regiment

In Primorye, a regional court sentenced a Vladivostok resident to 10 months of correctional labor and withholding 15% of his earnings. The convict posted a photo of the head of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, Adolf Hitler, on the website of the Immortal Regiment public action. TASS writes about this with reference to the court's website.

The man was found guilty of committing a crime under Part 3 of Art. 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Desecration of symbols of military glory of Russia, insult to the memory of the defenders of the Fatherland or humiliation of honor and dignity of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, committed in public."

The court report indicates that Adolf Hitler was recognized by the International Military Tribunal on October 1, 1946, a Nazi criminal.

Earlier, a resident of Tomsk was convicted of a photo of Goebbels on the website of the Immortal Regiment.

It was also reported that the artist Ales Pushkin was accused of rehabilitating Nazism. The investigation established that the accused carried out and posted in the public domain "portraits of accomplices of Nazi criminals in the form of Belarusian patriots and heroic personalities."
