In the video, he really, without much effort, managed to cut a metal tube several centimeters thick with a knife. According to the chemist, the whole point is that it cuts potassium, and potassium is one of the most delicate metals in nature.

“It's so soft that it crumples under my knife. It feels like you are pressing on some strange glass, ”said the blogger, pressing his finger on a piece of potassium.

He commented on the discoloration of the cut metal tubes, saying that potassium reacts very actively with air and water, and almost never occurs in nature in its pure form.
