On the website of the prosecutor's office of the Murmansk region, a note about another misconduct by Vladimir Timchenko has been preserved. Then he was sentenced to two and a half years probation.

“The court established that on October 18, 2014, Vladimir Timchenko was in a state of alcoholic intoxication in a public place - on Belomorskaya Street in the village of Umba, Tersky District. Two employees of the Kandalaksha non-departmental security department tried to suppress the offense committed by him. However, wishing to obstruct the lawful activities of the police, Vladimir Timchenko struck one of them in the face with his fist, causing physical pain and bodily harm, ”the report says.

“According to the investigation, on the night of December 31, 2021 to January 1, 2022, the suspect and the victim, born in 1982, drank alcoholic drinks in one of the bars in Umba, each in his own company. When both men went out into the street, a verbal conflict began between them, during which the suspect stabbed the victim at least three times with a knife, ”the UK website says.

Despite timely medical assistance and hospitalization, the victim died of his wounds. The suspect is already making a confession, he was taken into custody.

A resident of Umba spoke about the conflict in which crime boss Viktor Timchenko died on New Year's Eve.

“It happened on New Year's Eve. Victor went to the village tree, bullying everyone. Was with a knife. Moved to one of our local. He said that his father would be raped, that he would crawl on his knees in front of him. The guy broke down and stabbed him. He himself then went to the police and surrendered. According to her, Timchenko Jr., who "nightmared" the village, and his older brother Vladimir were constantly complained to law enforcement agencies. “Wherever we wrote.
