"Without a normal breakfast, there is no health, a beautiful figure, good mood and normal working capacity," the doctor said.

Pavlova spoke about an experiment that she once conducted on holidays.

"The only thing that I changed in my schedule was the time for going to bed. I went to bed deep after midnight," the endocrinologist clarified, explaining that she immediately got "lethargy, poor concentration and other unpleasant things."

Another side effect of rest, which started after 12, was loss of appetite in the morning.

"But, as soon as I restored the regime (I go to bed no later than 23 hours), everything immediately returned to normal. Therefore, do not try to defeat nature. Follow the principles of normal physiology of a healthy person," the doctor advised.
