A film was made about the beginning and end of the national extremist group in Novokuznetsk

The extremist nationalist organization Russian Patriotic Club carried out subversive activities, involving adolescents and young people, convincing them of the superiority of Russians over other nationalities. The leaders of the organization used the opportunities of Internet resources and social networks to attract young people from different social groups to their ranks.

The PKK organized unauthorized public events, rallies, processions, which were aimed at inciting ethnic and sectarian hatred. Rallies against the construction of mosques were held on several occasions. PKK members also promoted extremist ideas, agitated young people to commit illegal actions against people from the Caucasus, Asia and other persons of non-Slavic appearance. Between 2012 and 2020, the organization had over 30 permanent members and over a hundred followers who participated in unauthorized actions. More than 3 thousand people provided active support to the organization on the Internet.

The organizer and ideological inspirer of the PKK was Alexander Bychev, a 35-year-old resident of the city of Osinniki. His assistant and right-hand man, Alexander Sazykin, was responsible for attracting new people. He organized meetings of minors, taught them nationalist ideology, and called for violence against persons of other nationalities and religions. Both have convictions under different articles.

One of the former members of the organization said that he learned about the PKK from the social network VKontakte, where he accidentally stumbled upon their group. After a while, Alexander Bychev contacted him and offered to join the organization.

Recently, by a court decision, the PKK was recognized as an extremist organization with a ban on activities on the territory of the Russian Federation.
