According to Sergei Dedov, riding a "cheesecake" is more dangerous because it is more difficult to control. According to the doctor, sledges are "less traumatic" in this regard.

So, Dedov recommends the use of gloves and thick equipment in order to soften the blow in case of a possible fall. You also need to group up and not fall on outstretched arms, because this is fraught with fractures.
