An employee of the hospital №7 in Alma-Ata told about the invasion of the militants in the medical facility. It is reported by Sputnik Kazakhstan.

According to him, they demanded that doctors provide assistance to the wounded militants.

“At the same time, they fired at the third floor, where the intensive care unit is located. Fortunately, none of the patients and hospital staff were injured, ”he said.

Earlier it was reported that protesters in Almaty surrounded two clinical hospitals. It is noted that the protesters are not allowed to enter the institutions of patients and medical staff.

In Kazakhstan, protests began on January 2 in the city of Zhanaozen, Mangistau Oblast, due to an increase in the price per liter of liquefied gas to 120 tenge (about 21 rubles).
