Plane wreckage with the Malaysian flag painted on the side linking it to lost aircraft MH370 has reportedly been found in the Philippines.

The man whose nephew made the 'find' has also made the extraordinary claim the aircraft part contained skeleton remains in the pilot's chair with the seatbelt fastened.

The pair were said to be hunting for birds when they spotted the wreckage in Mindanao, the second largest island in the country.

The unclehas now contacted police in Malaysia.

The discovery, which was also said to contain other human remains, was alleged to have been made in a forest area near the Philippines coastline.
