According to the department, the massive presence of people at the checkpoints led to a violation of the norms of social distance. It is noted that this happened due to a violation of the flight schedule for technical reasons.

In addition, according to the supervisory authority, Siberia Airlines unreasonably refused to fly five passengers, justifying this decision by the lack of free seats on board the aircraft. At the same time, previously such complaints have been received from citizens, and the prosecutor's office has repeatedly had to suppress such offenses.

The Transport Prosecutor's Office organized an audit of the implementation of legislation on consumer protection and sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population. The press service of Tolmachevo refused to comment on the situation until the end of the investigation.
