Guaranteed winnings on bets. Why prankster Khizu was put on the wanted list

The millionaire prankster Khizri Zapirov, known as Khiza, has been put on the federal wanted list for fraud. Presumably, this is due to the so-called "bet" groups in the network, which belonged to Zapirov. There is information that the blogger was selling bets allegedly with a 100% guarantee, and also advertised an illegal bookmaker with an online casino, which could belong to him. Clients and subscribers deceived by Khiza spoke about the fraud schemes they fell victim to.

I didn’t know that he was wanted

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put blogger Khizri Zapirov, who has almost 8 million followers on Instagram, as well as his assistant and PR director Lusik Karapetyan on the federal wanted list under a criminal article. The Moscow police specified that Zapirov was wanted on suspicion of fraud.

“The Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-Eastern Administrative District of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow for committing crimes under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud”), Zapirov Khizri Nadirovich is wanted, born on 11/13/1995, a native of the village. Gerga Kayakentsky district of the Republic of Dagestan, registered at the address: Moscow, st. Kherson," the orientation says.

A few hours after the information about his search appeared, blogger Khiza got in touch from Moscow and wrote that he did not understand what was happening. Later, the media contacted Zapirov: he confirmed that he was completely unaware that law enforcement officers were looking for him. According to the blogger, he did not receive a summons and information about the investigative actions against him. Zapirov also claims that he was not involved in criminal schemes and theft of money, but only advertised bookmakers.

At the same time, it turned out that before this prankster and a number of bloggers were interviewed as witnesses in the fraud case. It was about sports betting.

His girlfriend Lusik Karapetyan was also found - the girl has been undergoing treatment in Germany for more than eight months, she clarified TASS. Karapetyan is not aware of the criminal case and her search.

Why Khiza can be searched for

Zapirov is quite well-known among Russian bloggers. He shoots his videos in the format of pranks, playing pranks on strangers. One way or another, the ways of making money on the network are evaluated inconsistently. Quite a lot of revelations were filmed about Khiza, telling how he, in fact, built his network business in order to earn not only on subscribers, but also on colleagues.

We are talking about the so-called cappers, that is, people who act as professional analysts and sell their forecasts. Khizri himself was not only engaged in advertising, but also acted as the head of such a group and received most of the profit from the cappers, it was said in the investigation of the blogger Prince of Petersburg.

Later, an agreement appeared on the network that Khiza concluded with cappers - after signing, they supposedly have to pay him 70% of the profits, and for terminating the agreement on their own initiative they are obliged to pay 30 million rubles to Zapirov. At the same time, the blogger initially sold predictions for bets with a 100% guarantee of winning (according to unconfirmed reports, some of them ended in losses), held a draw in his social networks and distributed money to the audience. He then launched the Miss Betty project, where anyone who invites a friend will receive 25% of the bet that friend makes.

In addition, Khiza may be involved in an illegal bookmaker's office - Quick Bet, which, according to those affected by the company's activities, he actively advertised in his accounts. The company does not have a license of a legal bookmaker, and the first link in the profile takes you to the page from the online casino. The Quick Bet website was blocked shortly after it appeared, but the “bookmaker” account remained on social networks. On the site with the rating of bookmakers, Quick Bet customers confirm that the office does not return deposits, does not pay out winnings (and always with the same motivation - “due to dishonest play”), and after claims in communication with technical support blocks.

tried to contact Zapirov for a comment regarding his connection with Quick Bet and to find out what his wanted listing was connected with, but at the time of publication of the material there was no answer. In addition, Khiza and Karapetyan closed their accounts on all social networks.

“I trusted and lost”

Just at the Quick Bet bookmaker, Maxim from Moscow lost about 40 thousand rubles. From his words about the office, he learned by reading an advertising message from Khiza. At first, Maxim bet small amounts, but then he received a promotional code for 5 thousand rubles, allegedly for active participation.

“There was a condition: in order to use the promotional code, you need to bet at least 30 thousand rubles. I did just that, won, but they refused to pay me, allegedly I made a dishonest bet. Support didn't answer. When I wrote several complaints, my account was simply blocked,” the man said. Petersburger Anastasia began to participate in another type of activity for Khiza - she was his ardent fan and loved to bet on sports. At first, she used tips in a closed chat, and then she began to bet in all the bookmakers that Zapirov and his friends advertised.

“A few years ago, when Khiza was a normal blogger and helped people make money on bets, everything was fine. I almost never lost and therefore continued to believe further, ”she emphasized.

When bloggers and dubious offices like Quick Bet appeared in Zapirov’s account and offers, most of the audience began to lose money.

“On behalf of several people, I wrote to him on the social network indignantly why he is deceiving people. To which he sent me and blocked me. Since then, I stopped respecting him and, in fact, sponsoring him, ”the girl was indignant.

Another victim, who asked for complete anonymity, said that he fell for the blogger's ad when he guaranteed a 100% win.

“In a closed chat, they subtly hinted at who to bet on, and in the end I invested and lost. Then he began to make claims, and, let’s say, they unequivocally hinted to me to calm down, ”he concluded.
