Large-scale construction of new healthcare facilities will continue in the Moscow region

In the Moscow region in 2022, it is planned to open 23 new healthcare facilities, Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov said in his annual address to residents. Among them, it is planned to open eight new polyclinics.

“Of these, two new clinics in Reutov, three in Mytishchi, as well as in Kolomna, Domodedovo and Balashikha. In addition, three ambulance stations will be built in Solnechnogorsk, Vidnoye and Kashira,” he explained.

Also this year, 101 units of heavy equipment will be purchased as part of a three-year program. These are x-rays, mammographs, fluorographs, CT and MRI.

“Particular attention is given to the support of doctors. Last year, in the Moscow region, doctors began to be given land to build a house. 315 plots were allocated last year, this year there will be another 1,000. The preferential mortgage program will also expand, another 300 medical workers will be able to buy new housing, ”said Vorobyov.

In addition, a new “Bring a Friend” program was launched in the Moscow Region, under which any health worker will receive a one-time payment for a new specialist involved in the healthcare system of the Moscow Region. The payment will be from 30 to 50 thousand, depending on the salary of the specialist who was invited to work.

As the political scientist, President of the Russian Association for Public Relations Yevgeny Minchenko noted, it is important to maintain a partnership with residents under the motto “The resident is always right” in order to build a feedback system and promptly respond to requests.

“Among the obvious successes are transport interchanges, the Central Ring Road, the MCD. Modernization of health care, digitalization (public services, social payments, feedback, appointments with doctors), mass construction of schools and kindergartens. An interesting novelty is the change in the requirements for the number of storeys of kindergartens and schools (there will be an administrative and utility block on the upper floors) in cooperation with Rospotrebnadzor, the complete elimination of orphanages (in 2013 there were 44). Among the interesting projects are renovation following the example of Moscow, special certificates for relocation from dilapidated housing (84 thousand for each emergency meter), allocated lanes for public transport and an initiative to build special hostels for foreign workers at the request of investors,” he said.
