Russia (bbabo.net), - Marat Galiullov from Krasnodar has developed a formula for general physical fitness for children. And he created the project "I m Fortress", which participates in the All-Russian competition "You are in the game".

Marat created a network of schools. The child trains in "three zones", each of which helps to develop strength, flexibility and speed. All together not only strengthens health, but also harmoniously develops the baby.

Own methodology includes more than 500 exercises and outdoor games. Every three months the child takes a test. For the completed elements, he receives points, according to the sum of which the rating of children in the city and even the country is compiled. After all, now the project includes 19 schools - from Krasnodar to Novosibirsk.

In the Sverdlovsk region, another project was launched five years ago - "Special Football". According to its founder and coach Maxim Shchipanov, classes improve physical fitness and learning skills in children with mental disabilities. For example, many guys in the first training sessions can only move with volunteers. And after a few weeks they are already running and jumping on their own.

“I brought Dominik to the section when he was five years old,” said his mother, Lina Bogatyreva. “At first, he refused to train, but the coaches find an approach to everyone. Dominik has been training for the fourth year and is already helping his younger brother learn football.”

Newcomers constantly come to the section - now there are 63 athletes. Inclusive classes are conducted by instructors in Yekaterinburg, Zarechny and Novouralsk. The application for the competition in the "Endless Opportunities" nomination, which is dedicated to the "Demography" national project, will allow gathering teams in other cities.

“We don’t prepare participants in the competition, it’s important for us to talk about special children and that they can play, learn on an equal basis with the rest,” explains Maxim Shchipanov.

Believing in their abilities, children attend mass events more boldly. Once, the wards of "Special Football" brought Euroleague players to the arena.
