All the quarter-finalists of the Australian Open men's tournament have been determined.

The last participant in the 1/4 finals was the Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas (4th seed), who on Monday beat American tennis player Taylor Fritz (20) in almost three and a half hours with a score of 4:6, 6:4, 4:6, 6 :3, 6:4. For reaching the semi-finals, Tsitsipas will compete with Italian Yannick Sinner (11).

Russian Daniil Medvedev (2) will play with Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime (9), Spaniard Rafael Nadal (6) will meet with another representative of Canada Denis Shapovalov (14).

Medvedev earlier, on Monday, beat American Maxim Cressy in four sets.

In 2021, Medvedev reached the final of the tournament, where he lost to Serb Novak Djokovic.

The Australian Open has a $54 million prize pool and will end on January 30th.
