Serbian defender Aleksandar Simcevic joined Železničar from Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is reported bbabo.net.

It is noted that this is the seventh reinforcement of the club, in which the 34-year-old Simcevic is called to strengthen the defense.

Alexander is well known to Kazakh fans for his performances for Shakhtar, Aktobe and Taraz. His last club was Ordabasy, for which last season he played 24 matches in the KPL, scored three goals and gave two assists. With the Shymkent team, he won the KPL bronze (2017), and with the Karaganda team he won the Cup and the Super Cup of Kazakhstan (2013).

At one time, Simchevich refused an offer to play for the Kazakhstan national team.
