Olympic champion Kim Yong Ah spoke out against Valieva's participation in the Olympics

Olympic figure skating champion Kim Yong Ah from South Korea reacted negatively to the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to allow Russian Kamila Valieva to compete in the individual tournament at the Beijing Games. She wrote about it on Instagram.

“An athlete who has committed an anti-doping rule violation cannot compete. This principle must be respected without exception. The efforts and dreams of all the members are equally valuable,” wrote Kim Young Ah.
