The plans of a Russian woman caught doping after a failure at the 2022 Olympics are revealed

Two-time Olympic hockey champion Vyacheslav Fetisov revealed the future plans of 15-year-old Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva, who failed at the Beijing Olympics.

Valieva was considered the favorite in the girls' competition, but she failed the free program and ended up without a medal, taking only fourth place.

Fetisov admitted that he specially went to the airport to meet and support Valieva, who returned from the 2022 Olympics. Among other things, Camila told him about her immediate plans.

“I asked Kamila what her plans are. She says: “Today I’ll rest and in a couple of days I’ll go to train.” She’s fine,” Sport24 quotes Fetisov with reference to Interlocutor.

“We all need to understand what she had to go through and what to go through,” continued the two-time Olympic champion. “She is great. She received support from both the president of the country and the sports community. I can say this for sure, I communicate with everyone. I said : "Camila, if someone runs into, hockey players are nearby."

Recall that Valieva won the gold of the team figure skating tournament as part of the Russian national team, but she may lose the medal after trials due to a positive doping test on December 25, 2021.
