UEFA has banned the holding of international matches of clubs and teams in Russia

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has decided to change the venue for all games of clubs and teams in tournaments under its auspices, which were to be held in Russia and Ukraine. This was reported on the official website of UEFA.

"At today's meeting, the UEFA Executive Committee decided that Russian and Ukrainian clubs and national teams participating in UEFA competitions will be required to play their home matches at neutral stadiums until further notice," the statement said.

Spartak Moscow remained in the current European Cup draw from Russian teams, which will play in the 1/8 finals of the Europa League. Ukrainian clubs have completed participation in European competitions this season.
