Benzema named Champions League Player of the Week

Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has been named Champions League Player of the Week, according to the tournament's official Twitter page.

Benzema scored a hat-trick in the second leg of the 1/8 finals of the Champions League against the French PSG (3:1) and helped the Spanish team reach the quarter-finals of the tournament on aggregate.
