Rybakina defeated the Belgian Alison Van Uytvank - 6:1, 7:5. In the next round, the winner of the pair Victoria Azarenka (Belarus) - Astra Sharma (Australia) awaits her.

It should be noted that in doubles Rybakina, together with Anett Kontaveit from Estonia, lost to the American duet represented by Sofia Kenin and Alison Riske - 6:7, 2:6.

Now Rybakina is ranked 20th in the WTA rankings.
