Azarenka defeated Astra Sharma from Australia in the second round match - 6:3, 7:5. The game lasted one hour and 43 minutes.

Rybakina in the meeting of the second round defeated the Belgian Alison Van Uytvank - 6:1, 7:5. The match between Rybakina and the Belarusian tennis player is scheduled for the evening of March 14, Kazakhstan time.
