PSG president to keep post after Champions League scandal

Paris Saint-Germain President Nasser Al-Khelaifi will temporarily retain his post after the French club's elimination from the Champions League, according to RMC Sport.

Al-Khelaifi, immediately after the failure of the Parisians in the second leg of the 1/8 finals against Real Madrid, held a meeting with the club's management in Doha.

According to PSG top management, Al-Khelaifi should not bear the main responsibility for the team's relegation from European competition. He is credited with the major progress the club has made in recent years.
