Belarusian tennis player Victoria Azarenka could not hold back her tears in the match with Kazakh Elena Rybakina in the third round of the WTA tournament in Indian Wells (USA), bbabo.net correspondent reports.
Rybakina's opponent needed help in the second set with the score 2:2. Presumably, she had a problem with her hand. Azarenka could not contain her emotions. However, she managed to pull herself together and continue the game.
The match, which lasted one hour and 34 minutes, ended with the score 6:3, 6:4 in favor of Rybakina.
In the 1/8 finals of the competition, Rybakina will meet Victoria Golubich from Switzerland. In the second round of the competition, the closest rival of the Kazakhstani beat our other tennis player, Yulia Putintseva.
