Kazakh tennis player Alexander Bublik spoke in a joking manner after losing to Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in the third round of the tournament in Indian Wells (California, USA), reports "Championship".
After the match, he turned to his opponent: "This is not hard, but clay. What the hell? This is funny. Kamon, this is not a hard court," the Russian site quotes the Kazakhstani.
Recall that Bublik lost to Dimitrov with a score of 3:6, 4:6.
The meeting lasted 1 hour and 11 minutes, during which Bublik made nine aces, while the opponent did not score a single serve right through. But, apparently, this did not help Alexander, who made two double faults against Dimitrov's one.
Thus, the score of personal meetings became a draw - 2-2.
In the fourth round, March 17, Grigor will play against John Isner from the USA.
Now Bublik is 33rd in the ATP rankings. This is the best indicator among Kazakhstanis.
